The Roll’Fresh mobile chiller cabinet for cold food preparation has been developed for optimum efficiency. It is equipped with a « Hermetic Unit » cooling system at the bottom, with rear ventilation ensuring the stability of the equipment while avoiding warm air entering the refrigerated chamber when the door is opened.

Made of food-grade stainless steel. Walls and door insulated with rock wool. Interior completely shelved with press-drawn back and rails. Space between rails: 71 mm. Solid stainless steel door opening through 270° with compressible seal. Two side handles for manoeuvring and a back bar to make movement easier.

Non-marking shockproof surround. 4 swivel wheels including 2 with brakes, Ø 160 mm with stainless steel housing on GN 2/1 cabinet and Ø 125 mm with polyamide housing on GN 1/1 cabinet. IP25 protection index, enabling low-pressure jet cleaning.
