Thanks to the self-locking conical assembly system, the structure offers excellent rigidity and long-term durability. The shelving units are made with anodized Duralinox uprights and polypropylene shelf slats, ensuring both resistance and easy maintenance.

The rack shelving systems are available in multiple dimensions to perfectly fit professional environments:

12 lengths from 608 to 1714 mm
3 depths: 400, 500 and 560 mm
2 heights: 1750 and 2050 mm

This flexibility allows countless layout possibilities, including straight-line installations, corner configurations and fully customized storage arrangements.

Innovative and practical shelf slats

The polypropylene shelf slats feature an innovative design that fully covers the beam for optimal strength and stability.

Exclusive to Tournus: a dedicated marking area is integrated into the edge of each shelf slat to simplify stock management. Two erasable ink markers are supplied for easy product identification.

Solid shelf slat versions provide even more storage possibilities and remain fully compatible with the other shelving models, allowing mixed configurations within the same installation.

Maximum hygiene and easy cleaning

These shelving units comply with NF Food Hygiene standards. Manufactured using food-safe materials, they feature smooth surfaces without gaps or sharp corners, reducing the retention of organic matter.

The removable polypropylene shelf slats are dishwasher-safe, making daily cleaning fast and efficient in professional storage areas.

Strength and stability

The ladder uprights are made from 32 x 30 mm tubular sections, while the self-locking assembly system and adjustable feet provide excellent overall stability.

Each shelf level supports loads up to 200 kg for shelf lengths up to 1512 mm, ensuring reliable performance in intensive professional use.

Retention trays and accessories available

The retention tray for rack shelving is designed to collect liquid run-off from stored products. Manufactured in formed aluminium, it can be installed or removed quickly without tools thanks to its hook-on sliding system.

Mobile shelving with guiding system

The mobile shelving system maximizes storage capacity by combining two fixed shelving units connected by upper guide rails, while the central units mounted on fixed wheels can easily slide as required.

The systems are available with 5 shelf levels, a height of 2050 mm and removable polypropylene shelf slats. Total installation length ranges from 2.5 to 6 metres depending on the chosen configuration.
