This stainless steel trolley features an open-top design for easy sorting, a translucent collection container and a Plexiglas guillotine door for simple waste disposal and collection. Two magnetic indicators allow users to display both the maximum waste level and the reduction target, making the system interactive and effective for awareness campaigns in schools and collective catering facilities.

Built for intensive daily use, this bread waste bin includes four swivel castors with bumper rings, including two with brakes for safe mobility. Its tilted stainless steel base simplifies bread discharge and cleaning operations, while the 150-litre capacity makes it ideal for high-volume catering environments.
