Racking units Professional racking units must be sturdy, practical and easy to clean. At Tournus Equipement, we offer two storage solutions designed to meet the needs of commercial kitchens, laboratories, bakeries and patisseries. The first model is made from heavy-gauge welded stainless steel tubing. This design ensures excellent resistance to heavy loads and intensive use. The structure comprises 4 tiers, standing 1800 mm high. These units are available on legs or on castors to facilitate movement and cleaning of the premises. Several lengths are available: 1000 mm, 1400 mm and 1800 mm. The second system is designed with removable shelves and racks made of anodised aluminium. Lighter in weight, it offers great modularity and simplifies daily maintenance. The versions available include 3 or 4 tiers with dimensions of 560 x 1200 mm or 560 x 1500 mm. Thanks to their professional design, these racking units improve the organisation of workspaces.
