GN containers trolleys

These GN containers trolleys are designed for efficient draining and storage of GN containers, racks, trays and covers after washing, either by hand or in a machine. The GN containers trolleys are available in three lengths: 678 mm (18 slots), 1278 mm (38 slots) and 1668 mm (51 slots).

The design ensures easy and flexible storage for daily use. Each trolley includes 4 levels and is compatible with GN 1/1 and GN 1/2 containers of any depth. The second level is removable and can be placed on top of the first level. This configuration allows GN 2/1 containers to be inserted lengthwise in the lower section. In this case, the GN containers trolleys operate with 3 levels instead of 4.

Each level is fitted with two foldable locking bars that secure the containers and prevent lateral movement or falling. Loading is possible from both sides, which improves handling efficiency. Once the containers are in position, the locking bars are lowered to stabilise the load.

The spacing between containers ensures optimal drainage. Air circulates freely, which improves hygiene and drying performance. It also makes trays easier to remove when needed, without sticking or stacking issues.
